Hey hey hey! I'm back from not being anywhere haha. Basically, I got sucked into the Netflix vortex and have been nonstop watching a bunch of shows. I'm now on the last episode of Breaking Bad and contemplating whether I should take a break to let the Breaking Bad experience last just a little longer since I went through the whole series in less than a week :P I definitely should not start another show though haha. I think it's time to get back to reality. But anyways, how was everyone's holiday/how's the new year going so far?
So tomorrow I have an interview for an internship at this bridal wear brand. Ahhh I'm so nervous because this is going to be the first legit interview I've ever done. I was completely freaking out yesterday when I found out the time for my interview but I think I've calmed down a little today. I'm still nervous that I won't be prepared enough, that I won't be able to answer the questions or thoroughly explain myself. Anyone have any advice? I've been trying to "study" a little, so hopefully I'll remember everything tomorrow. Also, what do you guys think of this outfit. This is what I put together for the interview. I wasn't really sure how to go about putting an outfit together that's professional buts still stylish. I researched what to wear on a fashion related interview and I got a lot of suggestions to wear a blazer. So here I am, with a classic black blazer and of course a statement necklace to pull the whole look together. Luckily,
ShopLately came to the rescue and I got this beautiful necklace in time for the interview! I'm totally kicking myself for not having more nicer pants in my closet though. I was thinking about wearing a dress but it's so cold here right now, (the temperature is currently 6
° F as I type this) so tights are totally out of the picture. These slacks are the only nicer pair I own (note to self...IRON THEM :P) Let's hope I don't blind the interview because they're pretty bright haha.
If you actually read my nervous rant, thank you and please wish me luck for tomorrow! :D
