Oh my goodness...I did the dumbest thing the other night! I have several tumblrs so I was trying to delete one that I don't use anymore. But instead of deleting the one tumblr blog, I accidentally deleted my whole tumblr account! MAJOR....FAIL. I lost the tumblr that I still use, all the blogs I follow and worst of all, I deleted the tumblr blog that was my digital journal for one of my classes. Basically I did the equivalent of writing your paper and then having your computer crash and losing all your work. Except I can't blame a virus, just my stupidity for not clearly reading that the button said 'delete account' not 'delete blog'.
Well, moving on!
I've been really into pinterest these past few months. It's so great for organizing my ideas and inspirations for my projects and designs. I've really developed my boards and would love to see and follow your guys' boards. So if any of you guys have a pinterest, please share with meeeee! Hehe I'm hungry for new people to follow and boards to see! :) And if yall want to check out my pinterest, I wouldn't object to that ;) Not to toot my own horn but I think I have a pretty killer hat board.

Ahh I broke my pinky swear.... :( Spring break went by too quickly and this week went by pretty quickly as well. I can't believe I only have half a semester left till I reach my half way point in college. I'm starting my final projects for most my classes now so hopefully I'll be able to give you guys a progress report on what I'm doing for my finals! However, I can tell you that for my knitwear class, we have to choose a word and create a look inspired by that one word. The word I chose was 'abyss' so who knows where I'll be going with that word. I kind of just chose the word without thoroughly thinking it through haha. Also, I have a bunch of leather so I think I'm going to make a rad leather jacket for my draping final! Fun times, fun times. Sorta, not really because leather is kind of scary and unforgiving.

So over the break, I did some spring cleaning in my closet. The OCD in me makes me really stressed out when I have too much stuff. I sold a bunch of old clothes to a consignment store that just opened up near my home and luckily I got rid of some stuff because I just got a whole bunch of goodies in the mail! :) Happy days are here againnnnn! Haha but yea I got this lovely dress from 6ks and it kicked butt at my internship. I recieved several compliments on the dress and don't worry, I threw on tights right before I went out. Its still cold here but it's supposed to reach the 60s next week!

Woooo! Done with my actual exams for midterm week! I just want to say thank you to my lovely art history teacher for making us memorize 60 paintings that I have already forgotten by now -_- Oh modern art, how fun it is to memorize your titles and artists when you all look the same....cubistic...linear...abstract...colors....I don't see that horse you're seeing professor...ok I'm done with the sarcasm now :P haha

While editing these photos, I realized that this outfit has a witchy vibe and remembered seeing an article on teen vogue about the growing modern day witch community in Brooklyn. This is kind of random but yea not endorsing witch craft or stereotyping that modern day people, who practice witch craft, dress like this. Just thought I'd mention it haha I don't really have a point so I'll stop now. Though as I'm staring at these pictures more, I'm thinking of Coachella now, how its coming up soon and that this Lashes of London cape would be perfect for it! Anyone wanna buy me a ticket to Cali and Coachella? Pretty please? haha

I'm thinking about doing some blog posts here on editing photos and tips and tricks in photoshop. I would just love to share my expertise in photoshop ;P haha just kindingggg, I am no where near mastering photoshop! I don't know where all this sarcasm is coming from haha. Ok I'll go now. I'll be back soon, probably during spring break so I can brag about how I'm relaxing on a tropical island....not physically though....in my mind I'll be on that tropical island when in reality I'll be sitting at home in New Jersey cursing the fact that it's not warm enough to be considered spring break.

Shhh....don't tell anyone but I'm playing hooky this morning. I'm too cool for school....jk jk more like I decided to sleep in because I need sleeepppppppp haha. Midterms are next week so I need to consolidate my energy for the coming up week ;P 

I think spring is finally arriving this weekend and I couldn't be happier! All the snow this year has made me realized how much I hate the combination of snow and nyc. Yes it's pretty in the first fews hours of snowfall but then it just turns into a big, brown, slushy, mushy mess. And don't even get me started on the huge puddles that form once the snow melts! Ahh ok story time! So I had to go to my internship the morning a snowstorm had just finished last month. At every crosswalk, there were piles of snow and huge puddles. Of course being the idiot that I was, I thought, these puddles aren't too deep, let me just step right into them since there's no way around them. As soon as I stepped in the puddle my WHOLE foot was submerged in water. I was actually wearing the shoes I'm wearing in this post. So yea, my whole shoe was drenched in water and this happened at every intersection until I got to my internship office. My foot was soaked the entire day. That was certainly not a fun experience haha though it makes a good story showcasing my stupidity that I kept stepping in the puddles, never learning my lesson. 

Yea, so the point I was making before my story....hate snow + nyc....sick of winter...happy spring is coming...midterms next week....need to memorize more than 50 paintings with French titles and I'm wishing I knew some French right about now....gonna cry over how much work I have to do this weekend...will be stuck inside not enjoying the 50 degree weather thats coming. I think that about sums it up.

On a positive note though, my best friend got tickets to Late Night with Seth Meyers tonight so I get to have some fun before the work filled weekend arrives!
